 More features requiredThe limitations I see in the brief use I made of your programme, is that you only provide monthly payment options. Many people pay off mortgages bi-weekly or even weekly, and there are accelerated repayment plans offered by banks as well. In addition, I live in Canada, and our mortgages are compounded semi-annually. I don't think your programme provided that option. Being able to print the tables is also important.
